Your request

You can edit your request until your concierge sends proposals, and cancel it at any time before you confirm a booking.

Concierge request fee

Where a request fee applies, it is refunded in full if you cancel before your concierge sends proposals. Once proposals have been sent, it is non-refundable: your concierge has carried out the search for you.

Travel plan deposit

The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before your call with your concierge. After the call, it is non-refundable: your concierge has already invested time in your trip. It is then deducted from your total.

Date-specific services

Private aviation, yachting, chauffeured cars, hotels, villas, dining and experiences booked for a specific date are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 12° & L221-2 7°).

Goods

Watches, bags and other sourced items: you keep a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, except for personalized or made-to-order pieces.
